STAMPIN'UP QUITE CURVEY CARDS

I made these cards with the new Quite Curvey DiesFlower & Field DSP (Designer Series  Paper) from the January-February 2021 Sale-a-bration catalogue and the new 2021 Designer Series paper.  I used the Painted Textures 3D Embossing folder to give texture to the Black Cardstock background.  I used the circles from the Stitched Shapes Dies to make the labels for the front and the sentiment is from the Simply Succulent Stamp Set.

ORIGAMI NOTE CARD HOLDER WITH STAMPIN'UP DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (DSP)

This is a great little handmade gift for anyone and any occasion.

This origami note care holder is a very versatile project.  It can be filled with note cards and envelopes and given as a "hostess gift" or used as a holder for a gift card.  It is made using 1 piece 12 x 12 double sided DSP.

I made the first one with the Paper Blooms DSP (Designer Series Paper) from the Jan-Feb 2021 Sale-a-bration catalogue; however, it can be made with any double sided DSP.

Score the DSP at 2", 5 3/4", 6 1/4", 10"; turn and score at 2 1/2", 8 1/4".  Fold and lightly burnish at the 5 3/4" and 6 1/4" score line.  This will form the spine of the holder.

Lay the piece of DSP out flat and fold up to form a small triangle in each corner, making sure to remain inside the score line. Then fold in and lightly burnish at the 2" and 10" score lines.

Turn the DSP over and fold back on the 2 1/2" score line.  Turn and fold back on the 8 1/4" score line.

Tuck the corners of this section into the 2 1/l2" section and you have your note card holder.  Choose a coordinating ribbon or string to tie the folder together.  The open edges of the holder do not need to be but can be glued closed if desired.

Now you can add a sentiment and decorate the front of the holder.  I "fussy" cut several flowers from another sheet of the DSP for the front.  I used the Ornate Layers Dies to create the label for the front.

This Note Card Holder was also made with a different sheet of the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the Jan-Feb 2021 Sale-a-bration catalogue.

The next two note card holders were made with DSP from the retired paper pack Tea for Two.
