STAMPIN'UP BRAIDING DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (DSP)

I used the Berry Blessings Stamp Set (from Sale-a-bration 2021) and the Berry Delightful DSP by Stampin'Up

MEASUREMENTS

Cardstock of choice cut widthwise at 5 1/2”, score at 4 1/4”

Choose coordinating double sided 12 X 12 DSP - cut 4 strips, each 1/2”  X 12”

Cut 2 pieces of Basic white cardstock, each 4” X 5 1/4” (one for the front, one for inside)

INSTRUCTIONS

• Place two strips at right angles to the other two strips with the ends adhered together. Be sure that you turn the DSP over to show other side as shown. 
• Working from the outside, fold each strip inward over the strips previously folded, alternating from one side to the other.

• Continue until all strips are folded in.  The result is a braided strip. 
• Trim to fit desired design.  I chose a sentiment and label for each card and fussy cut berries and leaves from DSP to decorate the label which I adhered to the card front.

DUTCH DOOR CARDS WITH STAMPIN'UP WORLD OF GOOD SUITE

I made these cards with the WORLD of GOOD Suite Collection.  

  

MEASUREMENTS

Cut cardstock of choice lengthwise at 4 3/16” X 9”, scored at 5 1/2”

1 piece same cardstock 2” X 8 1/2”, scored at 2 1/8” from both ends.

Coordinating DSP (Designer Series Paper)

    -  1 piece 4” X 3 1/4”

    -  2 pieces 1 7/8” X 1 7/8” each

1 piece of Basic White cardstock cut 4” X 5 1/4” for inside

INSTRUCTIONS

• Adhere the 8 1/2" piece to the bottom inside of the card base, being sure to line it up carefully with the bottom and sides.  
• Adhere the Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card.  
• Adhere the three pieces of DSP to the front of the card (Note: on the first card, the DSP is mounted on coordinating cardstock)
• Create a label using your favourite sentiment and label shape and decorate the top front of the card.  I used the Beautiful World stamp set, the World Map die set to decorate and the Stitched so Sweetly dies to create the labels.  I used silver and gold embossing powder to emboss the labels.  I also cut the globe from gold foil.
